Infrastructure which is second to none

Aotearoa Park’s infrastructure is superior in terms of the breadth of services available and their capacity

Electricity

There is an 11 kv underground ring main cable reticulated around the Aotearoa Park site. This provides processing capability to the lots and an ability to back feed the on-site supply in the event of an on-site electricity outage.

Fresh Water

Water

Aotearoa Park is serviced by a watermain supply with a diameter of 150mm connected to Waipa District Council’s reticulated supply.

Gas

The rear lots are serviced with a MP4 50mm PE gas main while the sites fronting Matos Segedin Drive have the ability to connect to the First Gas MP4 80mm PE gas main.

Waste Water

Front lots connected to Waipa District Council’s reticulated wastewater system.

Rear lots with potential to connect to site trade waste pipes to access Council ponds at rear of site.

Telecommunication

Ultra fast fibre is reticulated to each Lot enabling world class connectivity and potential cost savings through internet based telecommunications systems.

Golden Triangle

Located in the heart of the golden triangle, the site is minutes from State Highway 1 with easy access to the Port of Auckland and Port of Tauranga and their hubs for exports and imports as well as to Auckland, the Bay of Plenty, Taranaki and South for domestic distribution.
